Vicky’s main area of interest is urology in 2008 she became the practice nurse for Dr Alistair Campbell in his consulting rooms, providing education and care to patients with prostate cancer.  With a strong interest in prostate cancer Vicky established the Penile Rehabilitation clinic along with Dr Campbell providing rehabilitation for men who have erectile dysfunction following surgery for prostate cancer.

As part of the team of East Coast Urology, patients of Dr Campbell, Dr Bourne and Dr Sillar are now referred to Vicky for pre operative care and education before surgery   this is an essential part of the treatment and management for prostate cancer.  Vicky is also a frequent visitor to the prostate support group Burleigh where she is invited by the group to talk about erectile dysfunction and incontinence.  For some men being diagnosed with Prostate cancer this can be a very confusing and emotional time.  It is important that when choosing the type of treatment that the patient receives ongoing care and education.
